Our Story

Castelletto Suite Castello was born in 2009 after almost 3 years of restoration of a historic building from the 1700s, one of the few that remained intact after the bombing of World War II, my great passion for recovery led me during the renovation not to gut the building but to recover the most Possible different materials, such as the Sardinian bricks, the juniper and chestnut beams, also the interior furnishings have been personally designed and made by local artisans, in particular I wanted to embellish the walls by proposing my father’s paintings well-known and respected painter from Cagliari, we have two 70sqm junior suites and two 80sqm suites in this building. Castle is the principal of the four historic districts of the city. It stands in a prominent position, on a limestone hill, about a hundred meters above sea level. 

Castelletto La Marina was born in 2015, it was more of a challenge considering the difficulties of a small 40sqm house on two levels, in an alley in the historic district of “Marina’, from the port. In this case, although the building was historic from the end of the 17th century, we renovated it in a more contemporary way, leaving the original planimetry. This small house was for a time the home of the cellist Nicola Valle. For me it has an emotional meaning, my newly married parents lived there, we talk about the 50s.

Castelletto Beach was born about 2 years ago and the houses were bought by my family in the 80s. The two houses are adjacent, one with a garden and is located on the splendid Is Traias Bay. Both have a breathtaking view of the coast of Villasimius from the beach of Simius, Timi ama, Tanka, up to Giunco beach, while on the left you can see the island of Cavoli
